Ayla's first Day

Ayla phoned,.....
loving this learning how to be a chef, ....'It is really great' she said, 'the restaurant is so busy and bright and the food is wonderful! '

She didn't realise how much planning is involved in menus and the preparation is almost never ending!
But Ayla also felt a little silly when she was the brunt of a joke, being sent into the cold room for a leg of Salmon!!
She spent a good measure of time looking for the elusive joint and was unsure about how to tell the head chef she couldn't find it.
